Nikki’s guesthouses are ideal for families, couples and singles. We are located in a private gated community in the beautiful, tropical city of Pattaya, Thailand.

We offer “5 Star Hotel touches” such as a light meal and cold drinks to welcome you into your new home! Your Guesthouse will be a sparkling clean, cozy oasis with “comfy” furniture that includes air conditioning, fans, and full bath and kitchen amenities all located within a very safe and private complex. 

Enjoy access to the community’s well maintained and beautifully landscaped grounds, swimming pool, a spacious sun deck, meeting area and a fitness centre.

Car rentals and/or taxi services can easily be arranged to explore the amazing city of Pattaya and surrounding areas. Taxi Service to or from the Bangkok Airport, Thailand can also be arrange.

Special arrangements for our traveling guests in the past have included tours of the world’s tallest Buddha, located in Pattaya, it is unique and a spectacular testimony to the Thai devotion to Buddha. Pattaya firework displays, pig roasts, an introduction to Pattaya’s Songkran festival & Pattaya’s Mor Lam music festivals.
